Orders
How do I place an order?
Add your favourite products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and choose your preferred payment method. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order.
Can I change my order?
Usually yes, if your order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at toivo@tinytoivo.com so we can look into it together.

Shipping
How fast will my order arrive?
The average delivery time is 5–8 business days.
How can I track my parcel?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Claims
Can I return a product?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy.
My product arrived damaged.
Although shipping across Europe is usually smooth, accidents can happen. Please send us photos of the product and packaging and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I make a return?

What is Tiny Toivo?
Tiny Toivo was born from the idea that children's products should not be disposable. We want to offer families beautiful, durable and thoughtfully designed products that last over time.
The webshop is named after Toivo, a little boy whose curiosity, creativity and joy inspired the whole story.
Why the name Tiny Toivo?
"Toivo" means hope, possibility and belief in the future. These are exactly the values we want to send with every parcel.
Does Tiny Toivo support any charity?
Yes. A part of every purchase is donated to support children's art education in Finland. Creativity belongs to every child.
