Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery method
Orders are typically delivered to a pickup point or parcel locker. If the parcel is too large, it will be delivered directly to your home address.
We primarily use DPD and their local delivery partners.
Shipping costs
- Standard delivery: €4.99
- Furniture delivery: €13.99
Free shipping is available for orders over €189.
Order tracking
Your tracking number is usually activated within one business day after the order has been shipped.

Return conditions
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
Return fees
Some items have a return fee:
- Furniture: €18.99
- Toys, shoes, and clothing: €7.99
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
