Car Ponchos

A car poncho replaces a bulky winter jacket in the car seat. The reason matters: a padded coat compresses in a crash and leaves the harness dangerously loose, while a poncho is worn over a fastened harness so the straps stay against your child's body.

Every poncho here has magnetic fasteners and a full-length double zipper that opens at the back, so you can reach through, fasten the harness and tighten it properly without taking the poncho off or lifting your child out of the seat.

The standard range comes in three sizes covering ages 0–10 and doubles as a baby carrier wrap, stroller cover, bike seat cover over a helmet, and sled blanket. The merino wool range uses two layers of steamed 100% merino, certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and RWS, and includes mittens and reflective details.
