Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. 

Delivery method

Orders are typically delivered to a pickup point or parcel locker. If the parcel is too large, it will be delivered directly to your home address.

We primarily use DPD and their local delivery partners.

Shipping costs

    • Standard delivery: 8.99€ – free on orders over 189€
    • Furniture delivery: 16.99€ – free on orders over 249€

    • Beds and large furniture: 55,00 € — no free shipping threshold

      The delivery charge for beds and large furniture reflects the actual cost of freight for oversized items. It is shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay.

    Return fees

    • Furniture: €18.99
    • Toys, shoes, and clothing: €8.99

    Order tracking

    Your tracking number is usually activated within one business day after the order has been shipped.

    We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you need to return a product, please contact us first at toivo@tinytoivo.com

    Return conditions

    • Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date
    • Items must be unused and in original condition
    • All original tags and packaging must be included

    Return fees

    Some items have a return fee:

    • Furniture: €18.99
    • Toys, shoes, and clothing: €7.99

    Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
