Wooden toys for children – natural play that lasts

Wooden toys are open-ended by nature: the same block is a tower, a road, a phone and a birthday cake depending on the day. That openness is what makes them last — the child brings the idea, the toy doesn't dictate it.

Everything here is made in Europe from solid wood or birch plywood. Two finishes are used: child-safe water-based lacquer, and beeswax with vegetable oils. Both are safe for a child who still puts things in their mouth; the waxed surface feels warmer to the touch and can be refreshed at home with a little oil.

How do I clean a wooden toy?
Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it right away. Never soak a wooden toy or put it in the dishwasher — water raises the grain. A waxed surface can be refreshed once or twice a year with food-safe oil or beeswax.
