A kids' balaclava is a hat and a scarf in one piece. It covers the head, ears and neck, so there is no scarf to come loose on the sledding hill. FERN pairs an Oeko-Tex cotton outer layer with a soft thermal micro-fleece lining.
When to wear it
Breden rates FERN for −5 to −15 °C, which makes it the choice for a normal Nordic winter day. For harder frost, choose FRODE.
